These courses provide students an opportunity to further develop their interests and abilities in related areas and afford flexibility for students in building a course timetable.

Physical Education 10 (5 credits)

The Physical Education 10 program emphasizes active living through a broad range of activities. This program allows students of all abilities to achieve success. They become aware of activities that allow them to pursue an active lifestyle. They develop a knowledge and appreciation of total fitness and wellness. A variety of venues including the ice rink, swimming pool, and gymnasiums will be used.

Physical Education 20/30 (5 credits)

Students continue to explore activities that grow life long physical activity.
